Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with True Kits! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving our instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges
We can replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
